It is a versatile coffee with solid structure and a pleasant, lingering finish—ideal for both everyday drinking and more refined tasting experiences.

Sensory Profile: Sweet fragrance with notes of honey and panela, aroma of soft red fruits. Medium-high citrus-like acidity with a juicy mouthfeel, sweetness reminiscent of honey and cane sugar, medium body with a rounded texture. Long-lasting finish, sweet and slightly chocolatey with fruity undertones and a clean aftertaste.
